In 2017 I walked into my very first Kundalini yoga

In 2017 I walked into my very first Kundalini yoga class in the Netherlands without knowing what it was all about! I left falling in love with all the practices, meditation, mudras and specially chanting and beautiful mantras. I felt deeply connected with this ancient and spiritual practice, which helped me greatly in my healing journey. I’m so grateful that this weekend I could attend a great Kundalini yoga immersion training @eka.mai and learn from two beautiful and wise souls and teachers @gurmukh108 Gurmukh ans @jugatguru, and connect with lovely people. Thank you Source for bringing all these “ soul-fulfilling” experiences in my life! 💖✨🙏
